New to Sawmill Creek

As REQUIRED by Article 6 in the HOA covenants, it is REQUIRED that  your builder submit building plans to the Design Review Committee (DRC) for approval. Please visit with your builder to make sure that they are aware of needing to submit these plans for APPROVAL. Do not assume that they have.

If you are building a new home in Sawmill Creek, please be aware of the following:

• Please make sure that your builder is aware of the bylaws regarding exterior paint colors, solar panels, shingle specifications (including color), types of fences, etc. These rules can be found in the Community section and in the full covenants document.
   

• Please submit a landscaping plan to the DRC for approval. You can email it to our Community Manager.
