 LOTS OF THINGS HAVE BEEN HAPPENING THIS YEAR - PLEASE READ BELOW

• WE NEED YOUR EMAIL! - From time to time we need to receive feedback from Sawmill Creek residents on things pertaining to our community. The most efficient way to do this ​is via email. The official email list that we use for that purpose is the one that is used to maintain your HOA account, e.g. submit requests, pay annual dues, etc. If you have not already done so, please register at the new Cinc website at HOA Management Services.   If you have any questions please contact Ciara Shaw.
   

• PLEASE login to the HOA Management Services so we can keep you in the communication loop.
   

• SLOW IT DOWN - Many residents have been complaining about cars travelling too fast in the neighborhood. Please understand that our community has many children and taking extra precaution by slowing your vehicle down is a smart idea!
   

• Reminder: All architectural and landscaping changes must be approved in writing by the Sawmill Creek DRC before any improvements are started. This includes landscaping projects, painting, staining, fencing, or any other exterior change on your Lot. Please contact HOA Management Services with any questions. No projects are considered approved until you receive a response from the committee indicating approval. To submit a new request login to the new Cinc website, then go to “ACC requests” and submit a new request. Please include as much detail as possible for your project. The DRC will then see the submitted request and review it. When they have made their decision, you will be notified via email.

• Existing residents, please check out the new Community section which provides quick access to the General Covenants of our community. 
   

• Please use your Your HOA Account on the HOA Management website to get access to approval forms, covenant information, board meeting agendas and minutes. It is another way you can keep on top of what is happening in our Sawmill Creek community. ​​
