Community Overview

Rules are what make communities function in a consistent and organized fashion. Abiding by the rules allows our neighborhoods to be consistent which promotes pride in home ownership and also increases property values! The HOA board asks that you always check the covenants before embarking on any major project. The last thing you want to happen is to spend your time and resources on something and then have to redo it due to violations of the covenants that everyone abides by.

Remember that all exterior changes to your home (painting, roofing, building a shed, deck or fence, pouring a patio, removing trees, etc.) must be ap-proved by the Design Review Committee before work begins. Please submit a completed Project Approval Form to our Community Manager, before beginning your project. The HOA board will normally respond to your request within a couple of days. If you have any questions please contact our Community Manager.
