About Us
The Sawmill Creek division located in Northeast Wichita is a residential community of home owners who take pride in their homes and their community. It is located on the North East side of 45th Street North and Rock Road making it an ideal place to get to wherever you need to go. It is within a few minutes from a large variety of restaurants and shopping venues, yet away from the city enough that makes it feel away from all the congestion. To ensure a great community we have covenants, providing reasonable, sound standards for our neighborhood that ensure the stability of property values and expectations amongst us.

The Old and the New
Sawmill Creek is a community with 2 parts. The North and the South. A beautiful 6 acre pond divides the 2 sides to produce a unique community.

The south community has been established for many years now. The north community started developing about 4 years ago and continues to grow. Eventually, they will be tied together via the bridge that crosses the Sawmill Creek pond.

The HOA Board
There are 9 board members who meet once a month to discuss issues pertaining to our neighborhood. These members are:
