Project Approval (ACC/DRC Requests)
​
All architectural and landscaping changes must be approved in writing by the Sawmill Creek DRC before any improvements are started. This includes landscaping projects, painting, staining, fencing, or any other exterior change on your Lot. Please contact HOA Management Services with any questions. No projects are considered approved until you receive a response from the committee indicating approval.
To submit a project request login to your HOA Management Dashboard and select Submit ACC or DRC Request

Assessment Payment Options

There are many options available for making your payments.

You may use the coupon and envelope enclosed with your invoice to mail your check or money order to Sawmill Creeks’ secured lockbox. Please be sure to include your account number and make your checks payable to Sawmill Creek.

If you prefer to pay electronically, or want to explore the available automatic payment options, please visit https://propertypay.firstcitizens.com with the information from your invoice.
